Bar @ top What's New / Forum / Blog

What is the bar called and how do you add subtract or change values (like Articles)
I could not find in the manual to save my life.
Thank you in advance and sorry for the rookie question

I think you're talking about the navbar. You want to go to Settings > Navigation Manager to change it.
