PM predefined replies
 
A common feature of helpdesk software is the ability to select a predefined reply from a list of answers to commonly asked questions. For instance, "How do I reset my password?" can be answered the same way every time. Our staff receives a LOT of questions exactly like this and have asked for a way to select a prewritten answer that autofills the PM reply box. We will make it ourselves if we have to, but I was hoping there was something out there that achieves this already.

Does anyone have anything?
