Rank display
Hi!
I just moved from ip.board to vbulletin and I'm having some trouble to find out how to do somethings and i have used google but i cannot find any answers for my questions, so I'm gonna ask here. 1. How do i make so a user's username glowing and having color like this: http://prntscr.com/6bkj68 (If they are in a group that should have that color and glowing) 2. How do i make so the user group is showing up at right side of the thread where the "Post count / join date" is like this: http://prntscr.com/6b8bzr 3. How do i remove so the usergroup doesn't showup under the username like this: http://prntscr.com/6b8x2r . 4. How do i add a color or glowing to the usergroups ranks: http://prntscr.com/6c0v8u Thanks in advance. |
You can do both of those by editing the template postbit_legacy. Find the code that looks like this:
Code:
<span class="usertitle"> and remove the part in red. Then farther down, find the code that looks like this (joindate), and add the code in red: Code:
<dl class="userinfo_extra"> For the username color, you can go to the Usergroup Manager, edit each group, and enter Username HTML Markup for the group. For example, you could make a group red by entering <span style="color:red"> and </span> for the two markup boxes. (Click on the "Help" icon next to Username HTML Markup for more examples). |

That worked thank you very much!:) but is there anyway to make it show which usergroup a member is in, like Admin / Moderator etc, instead of rank? I also have one more question: How do i add a color or glowing to the usergroups ranks http://prntscr.com/6c0v8u |
