utf8_general_ci issue's
 
Hi, Could one of you knowledgeable people tell me what I'm doing wrong!

I'm finding when using special characters like ' in what's it turns into Whatâ??????s

I change the mysql database from latin1_swedish_ci to utf8_general_ci as suggested when I searched Google on the issue!

I also set utf8_general_ci in the language manager

I believe you also need to alter the individual tables as well.

That isn't a valid HTML Character Set. You should enter UTF-8.
