utf8_general_ci issue's
Hi, Could one of you knowledgeable people tell me what I'm doing wrong!
I'm finding when using special characters like ' in what's it turns into Whatâ??????s https://vapersmoke.co.nz/code.PNG I change the mysql database from latin1_swedish_ci to utf8_general_ci as suggested when I searched Google on the issue! https://vapersmoke.co.nz/utf8.PNG I also set utf8_general_ci in the language manager https://vapersmoke.co.nz/codel.PNG Your help will be much appreciated --------------- Added [DATE]1425017509[/DATE] at [TIME]1425017509[/TIME] --------------- here's the website link https://vapersmoke.co.nz/forums/ |
I believe you also need to alter the individual tables as well.

That isn't a valid HTML Character Set. You should enter UTF-8.
