How to change length of thread titles in FORUMDISPLAY

Hey,

Is it possible to change how many characters will be displayed in the threads list on the forum display? with vB3.8.x it only allows me to change the number of characters which display whilst hovering a thread title and how many characters show on forumhome thread titles..
