Reputation points and user title
 

Hi guys,

I have a problem. Every 50 reputation points, a user get a blue star under his title (see attached).

I have a user who is complaining that he had 8 blue stars (420 reputation points) and now suddenly he has just 1 blue star (he has still the 420 points).

To be honest I have no idea what happend. Can someone help me?

That picture seems to imply you can only get six stars, so that would be odd if he had eight. Either way though, those stars are from a modification and you need to ask your question in the modification thread.

I think I found the problem, but not the solution :D. The user some days ago reached 450 reputation points and he should have received the 9th star (1 star every 50 reputation points) but strangely he lost all the 8 stars that he had previously (see attached) and got just 1.

I changed his reputation points to 449 and he got the 8 stars again. But he will face the same problem when he will get again 450 or more reputation points.

He is the first to user who got more than 450 reputation points, so I think it will happen again in the future with other users.

The solution would be to avoid to add the 9th star, and set as a maximum 8 stars. But how can I do it?

I do not know what modification it is as there are several. You should be able to click on the link in your Products page to find the thread link (if they did it correctly).
