Number of thread views vs members who have read the thread
 

Hello guys,

I would like to ask you something. What is the difference between the number of thread views and number of members who have read a thread?

For example. a thread in my forum has about 2000 views and If I click on the thread, and I check the number of member who have read the thread, they are about 20.

What is the difference?

I'm sure what Ozzy said about guests is the real reason you have so many views, but I also thought I'd point out that every time a user views a thread it counts as another view, so even without guests you're almost certain to have more views than "members who have read this thread".
