Problem with avatar
I have problem with avatar when a member add a avatar to his profile you can see the avatar in the postbit legacy like this
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/02/26.png but in the member profile it buggy: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/02/27.png what the problem can be? |
Have you tried on a unmodified default style?
Have you tried with all mods disabled? |
I tried to disable mods still the same problem
tried the defualt forum style have the same problem in the profile avatar link is : http://www.ymarket.org/image.php?u=5...170&type=thumb and in postbit: http://www.ymarket.org/avatars/fear?dateline=1423321170 from where the problem can be? |

Those both look OK to me. |
the problem is if the member upload a avatar
If he use a custom avatar from Internet link it works Only from upload the problem from where it can be |
Seems like it is only with some users, have them reload their avatar. With all mods disabled.

Seems like a bug in vBulletin? When I check the response of the first link I see:
Warning: imagejpeg(): Filename cannot be empty in [path]/includes/class_image.php on line 1430. When I remove "&type=thumb" from the URL, it works fine. |
What version of PHP are you running?
You should really upgrade you vBulletin to 4.2.2, you are running 4.2.0 which has many unpatched security vulnerabilities. |
Last php version
The problem isn't from mods I tried to upload avatar after I disable everything and have the same problem |
That don't help, what is the version number?
Is the customavatar directory been chmod to 777? If it is not, then chmod it to 777, then go to ACP --> Maintenance --> Update Counters --> Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails. |
