Prune inactive user with specific post

Does anyone know how I can prune inactive users that hasn't logged on in 30 days with x post or less than x amount of post?

Thanks for the help guys.

admincp -> user ->prune/move user -> :
1. Has not logged on for x days = xxx
2. Posts is less than = xxx

and Action: Delete or Move
