This Tiny Mod allows you to Automatically Add a Copyright Notice To Copied Text in Vbulletin.

how to add some div like selector?

it work in textarea and other plases, where it is no need

the code is watching the copy event and directly modifies the clipboard data .. so I don't think this is easily possible .
