404 error instead of vBulletin error page

when forum vistors try to access deletded threads thy get error massage (No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator ) but not give 404 error massage i serach many threads to solve this problem(Ex. of this pages below) but not work with me can any one help me by code or plug in to handel error massage by 404 error
