Upgraded to 4.2.2 patch level 4

Since we done this our smilies have became unclickable

When you reply to a post you are transfered to the main forum instead of staying in the thread

Confirmation e-mails are not sent automatically to new registrants

Some posters cant log in after they log out

there are more but these are all i can think of right now, any ideas what went wrong ?

What version/patch level were you running before?

We just added the new patch so it must have been Patch level 3 and it was 4.2.1 or 4.2.0 i am not sure how to fix it

Well if you were running 4.2.1 or 4.2.0 and just applied the patch, that won't work. You would need to download the full 4.2.2 pl4 files, and run the upgrade script to upgrade the site to 4.2.2. pl4
