Avatar dimensions restrictions
 
Hi,
At this moment I've installed 4.2.2 version of vBulletin. I have a question about avatar dimension. By default it shows me 80x80 px, and all pics above that dimension are banned for the upload.
Is it possible to make that process like on v5 connect ? to upload any picture of any dimension, resize it or mark wich part of it will be as avatar ? any mods ?

I don't actually want to test this but I think images are automatically resized for avatars if you have GD or ImageMagick enabled

Settings > Options > Image Settings

There are also settings for the max avatar dimensions and file size in the Usergroup Manager.

I've never seen any mod that lets you select a portion of an image.

thanks, my sorry all works fine. Will remove that restriction notice from the Avatar upload page.
