Toggle Advanced Editor Default View

Hello,

I'm having problem with Toggle Advanced Editor in VB5,

I have "Toggle Advanced Editor" but hidden, so must click on the icon "Toggle Advanced Editor" after that there will display.

how to be without click but "Toggle Advanced Editor" appear ?

I mean probably is unhide "Toggle Advanced Editor".

I'm using Default Style Red from vBulletin

Any resolution to this issue?? I am running 5.1.5 and can't seem to find a way to enable this by default. Simple basic options still aren't available.
