[vB v3.8.7] Help with a custom forumdisplay template.

I don't really post here, but I am really in need of help from some more skilled vB "skinners".

I've been working on a custom vB 3 style for a while now, but I just cant seem to make the forumdisplay template to look the way I want...

Wish list:
> I want the the 1st row removed so that the 1st row the forum icon row.
> Make it so that the "New Thread" link is in the tcat.

Basically, I want it to look exactly like that image I linked above.

I know this is the unpaid forum, but I am willing to throw in some money for the person that helps me with this.

Should you wish to pay someone, post in the Requests for Paid Services forum. The users that watch that forum do not even look at this one. Also it is the proper place to ask for paid services. :)

I believe there is an addon that does that.... I think I have it on my test site.. I will check in a bit and post back. Hour or so...
