Dear Community,

I am using Subscriptions on my forums, but I have a little problem. If someone buys anything, he will be moved to V.I.P groups, but when he'll be moved he can't see the forums anymore, he gets "sorry you are not authorized....".

I made sure that I copied everything from "Registered User" usergroup. If I add V.I.P membership as additional usergroup he can access, but I want to have it as primary usergroup
so the color will be changed too.

Check the permissions under Channel Management, as well as under Usergroups.
