How to make PHP widget .

I want to ask what is the proper way to create a PHP widget in Vbulletin 5 . I'm not able to output anything in the widget I tried PHP Code:

The first one should work (it does on my site). Did you try to do Maintenance > Clear System Cache after writing it and see if that fixes your issue?
