Create an image with avatar and username

Hello everyone, I've a question for you :)

Does exist an add-on that can generate a custom image with the username and the user's avatar?

I would like to integrate this function on my vb4 forum.

If you mean adding the users name onto the avatar it's self, I have not seen one.
