First one: set a max-width on the avatar image.
Second one: change the font-size of that part to something smaller or change it to use 2 lines.

You can try to add this to additional.css

.postuseravatar {max-width: 100px;}

edit the width according to your needs.

@Dave how to change font size or use it to 2 lines and avatar width is 150 but still outside

Try changing the stylevar postbitlegacy_userinfo_width to accommodate the wide avatar.
