How Can I Make Any Post/Thread Privacy With Security Queation Like :

> Need Minimum 20 Post To Download Or Reply ..??

Create a new usergroup, name it as you like.
Create a promotion to automatically promote users into that usergroup (set as secondary usergroup).
Set permissions for the forum the threads are in so that only users in the usergroup you created can answer to threads or download attachments.
