Disable upload files to my hosting
 
I just want let my users to put an image link, and don't let them to upload an image or a file

Unfortunately, there is a bug regarding this - http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-12673 (Note, you must first login to the vbulletin.com forums as a Licensed User before you may see the Jira issue.)

So this bug is not solved yet? I'm using 5.1.3
