G+ Button Positioning

Hi all

I just have a small query! Can anyone tell me where I position the Google + button code between the "Home" CMS thread text above the articles and the same on the forum page so they display the same information!

I figured out where to place it for the forum only "Navbar template", however, it does not display on the CMS page.
