Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it. :)

I did not understand What you meant

You are asking for support for the shoutbox mod, and this is the wrong place to do so. You need to ask in the thread where you downloaded the mod from.

vbulletin.com

Hello

I'm afraid we can't provide support for customisations either - vbulletin.org is the best place for that.

vBulletin Support is for help with the operation and functionality of the default vBulletin product.

As a guide, you're going to need some basic html and css knowledge to start customising the style. You can alter a combination of the stylevars (in the style manager) and by adding custom css via the template css_additional.css. You would use a developer tool such as Firebuc to determine the css and/or stylevars to change.

If all of that is meaningless to you, then you'll need to get some assistance from vbulletin.org.

As has been stated many times over, you need to ask in the mods thread where you downloaded the mod from.

I saw in vB.com you posted that DBTech told you to ask vBulletin, about issues with their mod. Where is this thread/post where they told you to do this?

Also you never answered Mark's or my questions on vB.com, http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...ns/4204156-bar

Another thing, the image you posted for th vB5 screenshot is exactly how it is supposed to look in vB5. It will never look like the screenshot from the DBTech site, as that is a vB4 site.

Two totally different versions ov vBulletin.
