Custom mod needed: hot threads with a thumbnails

Hi,

I need a custom mod for vBulletin 5, something like this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=222162

So basically, show hot threads with a thumbnails and I need a solution how to display these on PHP file outside of the forums (ajax?)

If someone knows how to please PM me with a price/time frame
