Theme Transition
Hey all. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me sort of copy our website theme and adapt it for the forums.
http://www.zealotgaming.com/ And our forums: http://www.zealotgaming.com/forum/forum.php The images and style stuff is there, I've just never done a theme before so I really don't know where to start. |
It's really just creating another style without a parent and adjusting the colours and image addresses to suit, everything is pretty much changeable :)
|
That sounds easy enough, but still over my head. ^^ Thanks for the advice though!

Thanks. I'll attempt it, but when it comes to carrying over graphics and styles it's going to get difficult for me. ^^

The community is here to help you so whatever you get stuck with just ask :)
|
What would be the best approach?
Should I first design a mock-up using just HTML and the images and then attempt to use maybe the default style to get how to do templates? |
Just create a style with no parent and have a play around with that, much easier than you think, the templates are just html!

The header and the navbar a little tricky too. Definitely needs some css work. |
