Been a while - question
 
Good afternoon everyone!

It's been a few years since I logged in here and made some posts, so I apologize if this is the wrong section. I've recently just had a new issue spur up and would like some assistance from the community. I noticed that I'm showing up as 'unlicensed' at the top of the forum, but that should just prevent me from being able to download modifications and receiving PAID support, is that accurate? I've paid for licensing for a few years and just haven't renewed it, so I MUST stop using the product or cannot receive community support?

I attempted to message an administrator to understand why I can't make any posts in other sections but here, but there is no message features.

P.S. - I'm having issues with sessions. For some reason when I view a thread it doesn't keep me logged in. Googled the hell out of it and can't seem to find any relevant information. www.exomagic.com/forum - vb 3.8.

Thanks again and my apologies if this is the wrong place. Hopefully someone can PM me and shed some light.

You need to be currently licensed to get support from this site. I think what you're saying is that you're not? If you are, then you need to update your information at vbulletin.com.

If you still have an account at the member area just put your email in Priority Forum Support
