4 Horror-Themed Grunge Icons

This request entails 4 grunge icons.

Youtube
1 Youtube icon would be 330x200, the other 100x100. Both would be done in a grunge format/design.... carrying the YouTube logo. Above the logo.... would be text that reads... "SUBSCRIBE TO US ON". The text would be red colored with a few blood droplets.

Ebay
The ebay icon would be sized at 100x100. It too would be grunge designed with text above the word "eBay" that reads... "SHOP WITH US ON". The text would be a dark-shaded red

Fiverr
The Fiverr icon would be sized at 100x100. Again, grunge design... and text above the word "FIVERR", would read VISIT US ON. That text should be colored black. The word "Fiverr" would be colored black as well.
