Disallow member editting post
 

Hello, i edit first post of the topic starter (OP) and i dont want him to be allowed to further edit it. How to achieve please without enabling editting time limit (Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Time Limit on Editing of Posts)?

at same time i dont want to close topic and disallow posting further posts.. closing topic disallows OP first post editting?

There are two ways you can do it either admincp/Forums & Moderators/Forum Permissions edit what section you want for the group you want Post / Thread Permissions/Can Edit Own Posts = No
usergroup manager edit the group you want Post / Thread Permissions/Can Edit Own Posts = No
The first one would be best as the 2nd one would do it on all forums. I am not sure if this is what you are looking for if not it would then needed coded you would then need to post in paid section
