hiring programmer for vb 4.2 plugins
 
Hey guys I'm running a vB 4.2.2 and needing a few tweaks here and there and custom plugin but don't have the knowledge neither the time to do them by myself.

i was wondering where would it be a good place to find a knowledgeable programmer that can do this job?

plugins would be simple things like modifying the OzzModz PM Spy, create a pop-up link according to a series of settings etc.
