You want to replace the existing editor with that editor? That isn't going to be an easy job at all. If you don't have any coding experience, I suggest you try to hire someone to do it.

no just extra writing in option. it's mean who want to write other language can use it

That editor will convert the English words to another language script. You would need to code your site to use that editor.
