Show user's thread in private forum on forumhome

Hello,

I set up a forum, where users can see only their own threads. On the forumhome page, the Forum says "Private". Is it possible, that users can see the Last Post info of their thread on this page? They have to open the private forum to see if there are new posts in their topic and it would be great, when they can see this from forumhome.

I appreciate your help!
