Search for nonsticky-threads

In vB3 I had a search to show all non-sticky threads started by a user in certain forums. Somehow the option to search for sticky/nonsticky threads is missing in vb4. Any idea how to search for such threads?

this is a feature in the admincp, but I assume you mean on the front end? I don't believe that was ever a default feature.
