Duplicate emails?

Some of my members are getting duplicate emails on some of their subscription emails. The email queue is turned off since none of the emails were going into queue when it was turned on. Any ideas on how to prevent duplicate emails? Cron Based sending is also disabled in addition to the mail queue

When you say "subscription", do you mean notifications for threads they subscribed to?
