My site

I've converted my Home page (domain landing page) to more resemble my vb forums page. Please review/critique.

The style used on my forums page is this one, Avenger (A Dark - Black/Grey Style) by TheLastSuperman. I have chosen to use this style as it is IMO, the best free style offered here at vb.org.

I am not a professional so please be as descriptive as possible with your feedback so that I can judge whether or not changes should be made.

Will start with the first link you have there the tabs at the top instead of each one having a , after each word you need to put it more like the way forum tabs look like. The forum is ok, but the banner could do with some colour in it to break up the one colour of the skin also the image on the far left of the banner needs to be sharper

layouts and its structure looks professional but skin is bored, it only have 2 colors, you should add some colors on some parts on forum :) it will be better.

One thing, you should improve, that's logo, it's blur, should design it in Corel draw for more sharpen.

If you can do as webms suggested and find a more "clear & crisp" badge to use on the top left of the logo... it is blurry slightly then it will look better.

I really dig the header and footer.

Page loads breezy fast and is only 260kb.

The look and feel of the splash page carries over very nicely to the forum, whish has a even better, expanded footer.

Nicely done. Minimalist without being too bland. It's a fine line to walk and you've pulled it off nicely.

Really nice forum concept. The colors are really nice, the only thing I would suggest working on is your header.
The logo quality seems kinda low. Other than that, great skin to use so good choice

You could have fooled me. Wow, just wow. I know what that skin originally looked like prior to your customization.

I like it but I would bold and add a hover to the navigation links in the header and the buttons in the footer so they look more like links are are more eye catching. Other than that I think it is pretty good. Clean and simple.

I only spent about 2 minutes looking but looks good thus far. :)

Thanks for all the input guys. Sorry for not replying sooner. I've become addicted to a pc game and can't get away long enough to even work on my site :)

Ain't it just terrible a 60 yr old man spending abt 12 hours a day playing a pc game!
Naaaaaaaa, it keeps me out of the way of the Mrs :)
