Hook to show list of prefixes at top of forum page?

Hi All -

Any recommendations on showing a horizontal, comma separated list of prefixes (like on this site) before the topic list on a channel page? I'm assuming there's a hook there somewhere (though I can't find it), and some variable I can display for a list of prefixes valid within that channel?
