reactivate a inactive license
Hi,
I do own a vBulletin 3 Full version license, which is inactive. Is there any way to reactivate it, to download newest updates? Of course without buying vB 4 or even 5. Regards |
Nope, there is no more upgrades available, only way to have access to newer versions is purchase a vB5 license, then you would have access to vB4 or vB3
|
I do see 3.8.4 Patch Level 2, but I want the 3.8.8.

But I would suggest you get the last word from one of the vb reps here, ie admin's, moderators. |
K4GAP is correct in that the highest version you may download is the one you see listed in the members area. If you wish to get a higher version, you would need to upgrade your license.

Most likely they want to run php 5.4, but either way, there is no need to keep doing this. |
Yeah, I never understood why they stopped allowing people to upgrade their vB3 licenses. I mean either way they still make money from it. I guess they just make more through forcing people to buy vB5 with a $XXX.XX profit vs. $xx.xx.
I think there was only one time for a month where they allowed vB3 license holders to upgrade to the latest vB3. |
