Problems with Facebook Connect 5.1.2

Hi,

I have a problem logging in with Facebook. When trying to log in the screen changes and looks like the file attached. Cannot revert to normal login without clearing browser cache. Have had this problem since 5.1.0. At latest 5.1.2 now. Can anyone help out?
