Can't get template to update
 

I have a bb code that requires a template and I updated the product from a better version on my dev site recently. My problem is the template won't update. I've purged the system cache, temporarily disabled all plugins and rebuilt the template database table. The template in use was reverted to the one in MASTER STYLE.

Not only do old posts still have the old template, even new posts do.

What do I try next?

Are you using any server side caching, or a mod like vBoptimize?

I found the problem. The old version relied on a bb code built with the Custom BB Code feature and that overrode the new version with a template. I deleted the bb code in the Custom BB Code feature and all is well.
