What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available.

* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.

* Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.

I appreciate the support!

Might have to log out - therefore making yourself a guest - before you can see the change.

I always view the changes from another browser as a guest. Thanks for the reply.

Does the same thing happen on a unmodified default style?

Hmm, if you could PM me a admin account, I can look into it when I get home from work later today.

When we speak about that, could the WGO be replaced with text of our own, to try drive more registrations?

For example, to put phrase (so we can use it on multilingual boards) on lines like this:

"To see forum statistics, please register (link to registration page, of course). Registration is free, simple and fast."

ozzy47 08-07-2014 12:20 PM

It may be possible, I'll look into it as soon as I have a chance.
