I have an email list from another company I own. Is there a way to add those emails to vbulletin so when I send out a mass email, they too will get an email ???

If you made a plugin that imports a list of email addresses to vBulletin and creates users out of those email addresses, then yes, it's possible. But, this requires custom work. Send me a PM if you want it made.

Of course the OP wants it, so if you are going to code it, why not just do so and release it?
