Re-usable -> Reusable

Some modifications on this site are listed as "Re-usable". Consider changing this to "Reusable" for two reasons. First that's the way the word is spelled. Secondly, and more functionally, it will be possible to search for reusable modifications without also having to sift through modifications that contain the word "usable" in their respective threads.

The hyphen is perfectly valid, though you could certainly argue its not entirely necessary.

You cannot search on those settings, so I'm not entirely sure what you are refrring to there ?

zylstra 08-01-2014 03:42 PM

I'm not sure what you mean by "valid", but "re-usable" is not a word, http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/re-usable.

I believe zylstra would like to search for all modifications marked "Re-usable" but search perimeter's will not allow it.

I like the idea as well.

Yes, true.

I posted a link to my search in my previous post, but it may look like a signature so I thought I'd point it out here in case a reader misses it.

I'm not going to have a debate on the use of hyphens, since its irrelevant to the search issue anyway. You cannot search on those options, they are not actualy words in the post.

Ah, yes, that is true. Here is a partial work-around, https://www.google.com/search?num=50....vbulletin.org .
