dropdown thread prefix

I'm looking to add a dropdown prefix that says 'free agents' or clan 'recruiting' to show when creating a new post and to be assigned specifically for the clan recruitment forums how do i go about this?

sorry its bit of a noob question its been about 3 years since i dabbled with vbulletin forums
