Ad after the first post

Hi,

I would like to place a banner between the first and the second post on a thread... how can i do this?

Finally i know how to do this... if someone is looking to place one ad in between post you can do it editing the file "display_contenttype_conversationstarter_threadvie w_Text"

At the end of this file add:
