Need certain user group mods to be able to sticky threads
 

On our board, (ver. 4.2.1) we have set up set up five different forums and created a different user group for each of the five forums we will be using as social groups. Each forum will have 2 people assigned to it, acting as forum moderators (their title is officially Group Moderator). They do not have access to the mod or admin panel. They are only able to edit, post, delete threads as needed. Is there any way we can give them the ability to sticky threads as well? I don't see that ability inherent in vbulletin, unless I missed it. Is there a hack that can do this? If not, could someone make one for us? :)
