Need to Moderate/Parse All Images

We finally got our AdSense suspended over multiple NSFW image violations. We have 5M+ posts and there are still an untold amount of hotlinked and attached images that are in clear violation of the AdSense TOS.

Is there an existing script that would allow us to moderate ALL images? REALLY need help, fellas.
