User names styles on registration

Is there any way to stop users creating usernames like 'W48NP' or 'Jbn4R' so that they have to put an actual name or word.

I dont imagine there is but thought id ask. Its annoying when someones name is wjf;jbf lol

admincp/settings/options/User Registration Options/Username Regular Expression = ^[a-zA-Z0-9\s.\-_']+$
