PM Picker - select multiple PM recipients from a thread.

PM Picker is a simpe vBulletin mod which makes it easier for moderators to PM multiple posters on a thread. Simply highlight the posts for users you wish to contact, and a new option in the 'moderation tools' at the bottom of the thread allows you to compose a new PM to the selected users.

Although only a very small mod, PM picker is surprisingly useful when you need a quick way to contact multiple people contributing to a thread.

I concur with @Ozzy47. Right on! :)

Awesome!
Installed, rated and even nominated.

So simple, but pretty handy!

Very interesting idea and potentially very useful.

Only feature request at the moment is to use phrase for text PM Selected Users, so it could be easily translated in other languages and could function better in multi language forums.

Nice mod... will come in handy for our mods. Only feature request I would have is to have the ability to restrict its availability to selected usergroups if possible :)

Alan_SP 07-19-2014 09:11 PM

It already is restricted to moderators (and higher) only, as it uses inline moderation. So, who can access inline moderation, could access this mod's feature.

Indeed I understand what you say. However we have different staff levels within the team that run our club/forum with varying moderating powers dependent on their usergroup/position within the club... the ability to restrict this mod to selected usergroups would be handy to have if it's do-able. It's certainly not a deal breaker though :)
