[OzzModz] Disable Add Reputation Per User ID

This is a small mod that will allow admins to disable the add reputation for specified users.

It is a simple installation, just import the product XML, ozzmodz_disable_rep_id

You can edit the options under the settings, [OzzModz] Disable Add Reputation Per User ID Settings

Q. Why do I need such a thing, you ask?

A. Some admins might like to have this on their sites, to disable the add reputation for certain users who go around abusing the system.

If this is enabled for a user, does it also prevent other members from giving said user reputation points?

No, this just stops the user from giving reputation.
