Any way to show a custom message when creating thread?
 
When users try to create a new thread in a specific forum, I would like to be able to have a message come up specific to that forum, which contains some rules for posting there. Is this possible?

Should be with a custom plugin, but not sure if we have one that does that. Have you tried searching yet?

I did once, but from what I remember it was buggy in 4.2.2 so removed it
