Can not edit Post's
 
Hello,

i have the newest Version of Vbulletin 4.2.2 and i can not edit posts, just a circle and nothing happens, no error display, anyone know to fix?

I do not know what you mean a circle?

Did you try disabling your plug ins to see if it is a plug in issue?

if i random frequently click on the edit and quote button it opens a "normal" blank answer post field with error

Ok, those are not errors but warnings

What version of Vbulletin are you using? It looks like your php is not the right version. Is it 5.5? If so be sure to have 4.2.2..

sorry, I just re-read and you said you have 4.2.2.. Let me think or maybe someone smarter will chime in.

yes its PHP Version 5.5.5 and last week downloaded Version of vBulletin 4.2.2 from https://members.vbulletin.com

The warnings by posting a Thread, yea i think you are right, because that works, i can create Threads, but by edit/quote doesnt work. sorry for maybe bad english

Try adding this to your config, the top - and if you can try to use php4.4...I bet your issues would go away.

Now the last Question, my Servertime is right for (GMT+1) -- (WEZ) but my vBulletin goes 2 Hours back, how to fix? In vbulletin is (WEZ +1) configured too but it also nothing happen when i change the time zone , vbulletin doesnt react if have tried central african time etc. and everytime the forum time is too hours back to GMT

The new vB 4.2.3 should have the php problems fixed and hopefully there will be no need for the added code to hide the warnings. It looks like they fixed a bunch of stuff so worth upgrading it seems.

First check your server time to be sure

Create a php file to see what server time is set at

upload to root and then access through browser.. what does it say?

Are you sure you have your server date and time set correctly in Vbulletin options? Check your profile options to be sure you have your profile set to correct time zone
